High Quality, Amazing Customer Service, Packed with Love

Before I get to the product itself, big kudos to Ringo. He didn’t only reply to my e-mails quickly and in the most nice and most awesome way, he also did his best to get this back into stock asap and put some beautiful high quality stickers on top of that. Quality isn’t only noticeable in his products but in the way he treats his customers too. I‘m really content with everything, the dice set, the neat packaging and the customer service.

Now to the product:
It does not only look good, it feels really good on the hand. It is has a pleasant weight — not too heavy to pick up, but also just not too light or cheaply made — and the print/design on it is magnificent. You can’t feel it on the surface, it’s integrated into the body. And it is sharp! Same goes for the dice.
The magnets that hold everything together are just as strong as they need to be, really a good choice of material chosen here.
The attention to detail really shines through, especially looking at the little wood piece in the middle engraved with symbols from the game. Lovely, cozy even.
A sturdy card is also included with an instruction on how to play the game. On the backside of it, there is a scoreboard to keep track while playing. Really thoughtful and nicely executed.
Although this beautiful set is not for me but a birthday gift, I’d totally get one for myself and would definitely buy from this store again! A nice experience followed by another nice experience.
I‘m not only content, I’m surprised. My expectations were exceeded.

It was shipped out and got delivered pretty quickly, it was safely packaged and contains even a notice on how to deal with the product in terms of product care. I think I’m repeating myself at this point but it’s just awesome! :)

This is amazing! My brother and I played over 12 matches, after this just arrived in the mail. Mailing didn’t take very long either. Thank you so so much for creating this!! This will now be my new favourite board game (as well as my family who haven’t played COTL).
