Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned without any damages and any traces of it being used. Please ensure that the order is packaged well to minimize transport damages. The returned item(s) and shipping fee from the order will reimbursed, although the shipping fee to return the order is the client’s responsibility.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all items that are customized we do not accept any refunds unless there’s something wrong with the item itself.
