Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Of course, just send us an email
- Should the order already be on its way it is not possible to cancel the order anymore

- Sadly we don't.
Shipping
- How long does shipping take to my country?

- We ship to almost all countries besides Russia

Do I get tracking?
- Yes!

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is it lost?
- We love our company but shipping is the bane of our existence. It's very common for a shipment to not be updated for a week. Give it at least a week and send us a message if that week is over.

What if my item never arrives?
- When a package is returned because there's no-one to receive the package we can send it to you again, but sadly you will have to pay the shipping again.
- If the tracking site says the address is incorrect:
- You'll have to wait until the item returns back to us to be shipped again out again (to a new address). You will have to pay new shipping costs though.
- If you don't want to wait you can create a new order and once it has arrived back to us we will refund you the previous order (minus shipping fee ofc)

- If the tracking website says that it has been successfully delivered to your address there is sadly nothing we can do about it.

Customs & Import Fees

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
- For US orders the custom duties/import taxes are already in the price, you will not have to pay anything additional when receiving your shipment.
- For countries in the EU or UK we collect VAT
- For any other country you should check what the rules are for customs fees. We do not collect these and are to be paid in the receiving countries

Can you mark it as a gift?
- Nope! This is how small businesses get bushwhacked, It's illegal.
Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
- Yes! Just email us and we'll start the refund process. Unfortunately due to us being a very small business we cannot afford to give out free return shipping.

Will you restock <x> design?
- Yes eventually we will, but it really depends if we're busy or not

Can I request a custom order?
- It depends on the complexity but we're open to it! Send us an email and we'll figure it out together!

Do you wanna collaborate on something?
- Yes! Send us an email. It could be anything, working with illustrators, musical artists or even just doing giveaways for streamers.

Are you a one-person business?
- Partially! Sometimes my wife helps me with small things here and there. But in general it's just Ringo.
- Ringo also works a 24 hour job as UX Engineer, GoneCozy Crafts is his baby but sadly it's not something he can do fulltime as it doesn't generate enough income. Maybe in the future, being an UX Engineer can be a lot of fun too ;)
